My name is RiotRick. I’ve been playing eve since 2006. The biggest part of my career I’ve spent in Black-Sun. Black-Sun is a pvp corp consisting of Dutch and Belgian players. Black-Sun is a pvp corp with a strong industrial backbone.
Most of my time in eve I have spent in 0.0 space with just our corporation or in an alliance. We’ve been in a couple of alliances in different regions.
After a few years of 0.0 Black-Sun moved to a class 5 wormhole. We’ve lived in there for a number of months.
At some point I left Black-Sun to join Noir., a mercenary corp. I’ve been with noir. for about 6 months. While I had a great time on the 0.0 contracts, the contracts in hi-/low-sec weren’t really my cup of tea. At the time Black-Sun was having some issues and decided to move back there to help out where I could. Things weren’t going the way we wanted, so finally Black-Sun was disbanded. A large chunk of the members, including me, joined up with The Perfect Storm. We had been in an alliance with storm before (Controlled Chaos) so we knew quite few people there. At the time storm was in a transitional phase, leaving an alliance and deciding what to do. This turned out not too well for us, since it basically meant there was almost no eu timezone. Most ex black-sun members left pretty soon. Some went on an eve break, a few formed up a new corporation. I myself joined Agony Unleashed, looking for small scale 0.0 pvp.
In the beginning I was having a great time in agony, it’s a good group with a lot of knowledgeable players. The last few weeks however I started playing eve less and less. I went on sort of an eve-break for a week or 2-3. But then the itch to play eve came back. I wanted to fly with a dutch speaking group again, which makes it very comfortable to talk and have fun on ventrilo.
I joined up with Samhain. a dutch speaking group in a dutch speaking alliance (viperfleet). I already knew a whole lot of people in samhain and in the other viperfleet corporations. So back in w-space it is. Viperfleet is basing out of a class 5 wormhole. We’re doing all sort of small scale pvp and some sleeper pve from time to time. For now I’m really enjoying myself. I’m playing eve quite a lot again.
So that’s the story of my eve-career in short. I will update it the situation changes.
