If you prepare yourself well for it, class 3 wormholes can be soloed. I like to do them in a zealot or absolution.

At some points my ship gets quite close to becoming a pretty explosion. However since you don’t get warp scrambled in class 3 anomolies, you can always warp out. As you can see in the video I keep aligning towards warpable object during the tough moments, so I can instantly get out if I need to.
